When I first said the words "cut off culture," people got loud. They assumed I was teaching women to abandon, ghost, and burn bridges. That is not the work.
#CutOffCulture is the sacred practice of cutting off everything that is not aligned with the woman you were created to be — the noise, the guilt, the performances, the beliefs that were never yours, the versions of love that require you to disappear.
Sometimes that means ending a relationship. More often it means ending an agreement inside yourself. It means cutting off the loop of self-abandonment. Cutting off the belief that peace has to be earned. Cutting off the addiction to being liked at your own expense.
This is not a cold movement. It's a return. You cut off so you can come home.
If any part of you has been whispering "this is not it," this is your invitation. Listen. Move gently. And trust the woman you are becoming — she has been waiting for you.
