Week 1
Scripture-rootedAcademy framework
Identity and Purpose
Who you are before you produce.
You cannot align a self you have not met. Week 1 is about locating the you underneath every role — daughter, mother, employee, healer — and naming what you're actually here for.
Lessons to teach
- The difference between identity and performance
- How assigned identities become invisible cages
- The three-part self: mind, body, spirit — and why alignment starts with awareness
Guided practice
Guided identity meditation (12 min audio) + 'I am / I am not' voice memo exercise.
Journal / workbook
Write a letter from the version of you who is already free.
Weekly challenge
For 7 days, catch yourself before answering 'I'm good' on autopilot. Tell the truth in one sentence instead.
Source note: Anchored in Psalm 139 ('fearfully and wonderfully made'); the three-part self framing is the academy's own reflection lens.
The Hidden Order of Reality
Learning to see the patterns underneath what happens.
Reality has repeating patterns — in your thinking, your relationships, your body, your spiritual life. This week you learn to notice them without collapsing them into superstition or nihilism.
Lessons to teach
- Pattern recognition without paranoia
- The four fields we track: mind, relationship, body, spirit
- Critical thinking: how to hold a framework loosely and still let it change you
Guided practice
Daily 'pattern log' — three observations, no interpretations yet.
Journal / workbook
Map the last three times life 'repeated itself.' What was the common thread?
Weekly challenge
Sit with one uncomfortable pattern for the whole week without trying to fix it.
Source note: This is the academy's own interpretive framework — a lens for reflection, not a scientific model or theological claim. Test it against your own life.
Week 3
Scripture-rootedEvidence-based
Renewing the Mind
You cannot out-hustle a lie you're still believing.
Old scripts run the show until they're named. Week 3 gives you the tools to interrupt them at the source and replace them with truth you actually live from.
Lessons to teach
- How cognitive distortions form and reinforce themselves
- Scripture as re-patterning: Romans 12:2 in practice
- Cognitive reframing — a research-backed alternative to positive thinking
Guided practice
Daily thought-record (evidence for / evidence against / balanced truth).
Journal / workbook
List the 5 lies you were handed. Rewrite each one in your own words.
Weekly challenge
Every morning: one scripture + one reframed thought, spoken out loud.
Source note: The thought-record is a standard CBT tool (evidence-based). The renewal framing is drawn from Romans 12:2.
Week 4
Evidence-basedAcademy framework
Emotional Intelligence
Feel it fully, name it accurately, choose your response.
Emotional intelligence isn't performing calm — it's staying with yourself when you're activated. This week trains the muscle.
Lessons to teach
- The four EI competencies (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship management)
- The body as the first emotional witness
- Boundaries as an emotional practice, not a performance
Guided practice
Twice-daily body scan + emotion naming (2 min).
Journal / workbook
Track your top 3 triggers this week. What did each one protect?
Weekly challenge
Have one conversation you've been avoiding — from your grounded self, not your reactive one.
Source note: EI competencies from Daniel Goleman's research (evidence-based); the 'body as first witness' framing is the academy's own.
Spiritual Alignment
Coming home to the One who never left.
Alignment is not a mood — it's a relationship. This week is about restoring the direct line and learning to walk with your Spirit again.
Lessons to teach
- Prayer as conversation, not performance
- Discernment vs. spiritual bypass
- Building a rhythm of solitude that actually holds you
Guided practice
20-min morning stillness (guided prayer audio + silence).
Journal / workbook
Write the prayer you've been avoiding. Then pray it.
Weekly challenge
One tech-free hour a day this week for prayer, walking, or worship.
Source note: Grounded in the biblical practice of solitude and prayer.
Week 6
Scripture-rootedEvidence-basedAcademy framework
Divine Protection and Peace
Peace is a boundary, not a personality trait.
You are allowed to protect what is holy. This week teaches you to build the internal and external structures that keep your peace intact.
Lessons to teach
- Spiritual protection through prayer, discernment, and boundaries
- The nervous system as a peace-holder (evidence-based)
- Cut-Off Culture: sacred subtraction as devotion
Guided practice
Daily 'peace inventory' — what fed peace today, what drained it.
Journal / workbook
Name three cut-offs you're being invited into. Sit with each.
Weekly challenge
Make one cut-off this week — kindly, without explanation.
Source note: Combines biblical protection language (Psalm 91), nervous-system regulation research, and the #CutOffCulture framework.
Week 7
Evidence-basedScripture-rooted
Healing the Past
You don't have to relive it to release it.
Healing is not forgetting; it's returning to the moment with the resource you didn't have then. This week we go tenderly.
Lessons to teach
- Trauma-informed language: what healing is and isn't
- The inner-child dialogue (guided)
- Forgiveness as release, not endorsement
Guided practice
Guided inner-child meditation (18 min) — twice this week.
Journal / workbook
Write a letter to the age you're still protecting.
Weekly challenge
Ask one trusted person for the support you would have wanted then.
Source note: Inner-child work draws from clinical psychology. If you're actively working through trauma, please pair this week with a licensed therapist. Chantelle is a Certified Consulting Hypnotist, not a licensed therapist.
Week 8
Evidence-basedAcademy framework
Building Healthy Habits
Small rhythms, sacredly kept.
Transformation lives in the boring middle. Week 8 is where we make the new self liveable.
Lessons to teach
- Habit formation: cue, routine, reward (evidence-based)
- Body basics: sleep, water, sunlight, movement
- The 'holy minimum' — the smallest daily rhythm that keeps you aligned
Guided practice
Design and keep a 3-habit stack for 14 straight days.
Journal / workbook
Track it. Notice the day you almost quit — that's the data.
Weekly challenge
Replace one numbing habit with one nourishing one this week.
Source note: Habit-loop research (Charles Duhigg / behavioral science); 'holy minimum' is academy language.
Week 9
Scripture-rootedEvidence-based
Prosperity Principles
Money is a mirror. What is it reflecting?
Prosperity in this program is stewardship, generosity, and responsible decision-making — not manifestation formulas or guarantees of wealth.
Lessons to teach
- Stewardship as a spiritual practice
- Budgeting basics + generosity as an anchor
- Goal-setting that respects your season
Guided practice
30-day money audit template + one act of intentional generosity.
Journal / workbook
Name your money story. Then name the one you want to live inside.
Weekly challenge
Have one honest money conversation you've been avoiding.
Source note: Stewardship framing is biblical (Luke 16). Budgeting and goal-setting draw from personal finance best practices. This program is not financial advice.
Week 10

Leadership and Influence
You lead the room you regulate.
Influence is not volume — it is coherence. This week is about becoming the kind of presence others can rest into.
Lessons to teach
- Servant leadership (biblical model)
- Emotional contagion — you influence more than you speak (evidence-based)
- How to disagree without disappearing
Guided practice
Lead one meeting, dinner, or circle from a grounded place this week.
Journal / workbook
Name the leader you were told you couldn't be. Introduce her.
Weekly challenge
Take up your full space in one room this week.
Source note: Servant leadership is biblical; emotional contagion is evidence-based; 'lead the room you regulate' is academy language.
Purpose Blueprint
Turn conviction into a plan you can walk.
By Week 11 you know who you are. This week we translate that into a written blueprint for the next season.
Lessons to teach
- The purpose blueprint (7 sections)
- Values → priorities → practices
- Building a 90-day 'next season' plan
Guided practice
Complete the Purpose Blueprint workbook.
Journal / workbook
Write your one-line purpose statement.
Weekly challenge
Share your blueprint with one accountability partner in the Circle.
Source note: The Purpose Blueprint is the academy's own planning framework.
Week 12
Scripture-rootedAcademy framework
Graduation and Commissioning
You don't graduate from alignment — you go public with it.
Final week: integration, celebration, commissioning. You leave with a certificate, a blueprint, and a community that will keep witnessing you.
Lessons to teach
- Integration ritual (guided)
- Live graduation ceremony (Zoom)
- What continues after Week 12 — Coach path, Circle, alumni gatherings
Guided practice
Attend the live ceremony. Receive your commissioning.
Journal / workbook
Write the vow you're making to your own soul for the next 12 months.
Weekly challenge
Publish one thing this week that only the aligned you could have made.
Source note: Commissioning language is biblical (Matthew 28); the ceremony format is the academy's own.
