Serve clients under the Align Mind Body Spirit Academy standard. You keep 70% of every sale attributed to your referral link. The founder keeps curriculum ownership, quality control, and brand leadership.
The four levels
Level 1
Transformation Graduate
You've walked the path.
Requirements + earning
Requires
- Complete all 12 weeks of the Hidden Order of Reality boot camp
- Submit each week's reflection (auto-scored)
- Complete the final integration workbook
Permissions
- Alumni community for life
- Use the Transformation Graduate seal (personal use)
- Eligible to apply for the Coach path
Earning
Foundational credential — the doorway to every other level.
Level 2
70% / 30%
Certified Alignment Coach
You are trained to hold others.
Requirements + earning
Requires
- Hold a valid Level 1 Transformation Graduate certificate
- Complete the Legacy tier coach training cohort
- Sign the Certified Alignment Coach License Agreement
- Pass the coach ethics + methodology exam
Permissions
- Accept paying 1:1 or group clients under the academy brand
- Use the Certified Alignment Coach seal + directory listing
- Receive a personal coach referral link
Earning
70% coach / 30% academy on all sales through your referral link.
Level 3
75% / 25%
Master Alignment Practitioner
You mentor other coaches.
Requirements + earning
Requires
- 12 months active as a Level 2 Certified Alignment Coach
- 3 case-study reviews approved by the founder
- Complete the Master Practitioner intensive
Permissions
- Mentor Level 2 coaches (paid mentor pool)
- Co-lead retreats + certification cohorts
- Use the Master Practitioner seal
Earning
75% practitioner / 25% academy + mentor stipend per L2 supervised.
Level 4
Academy Instructor
Invited to teach the standard.
Requirements + earning
Requires
- Founder invitation only
- Active Master Practitioner
- Signed instructor agreement + brand steward review
Permissions
- Teach official academy cohorts
- Review + approve certifications at Levels 1–3
- Represent Align Mind Body Spirit publicly
Earning
Instructor salary + share of the academy revenue pool.
License agreement — the essentials
- Non-exclusive right to coach clients under the Align Mind Body Spirit brand.
- 70% coach / 30% academy revenue split on attributed sales.
- Curriculum stays with the founder — you receive a use license, not ownership.
- Annual renewal, ethics standards, and standards review required.
