All digital sales are final
Because of the immediate digital nature of electronic downloads — ebooks, PDF workbooks, MP3 hypnosis tracks, frequency recordings, and instantly unlocked reader access — all store sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Access is delivered within seconds of a successful payment and cannot be returned, revoked, or un-downloaded.
By completing checkout you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital goods and that you waive any right to cancel or withdraw once delivery has begun.

Technical problems
If a download link fails, a file is corrupted, or your delivery email never arrives, contact us and we will re-issue your access right away. You can also re-download anything you have purchased at any time from My Purchases. A technical issue is always fixed — it is simply not refunded.
Duplicate charges
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same item, contact us with your order email and we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Memberships
Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time from the members area or the billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges. Payments already made — including the current billing period — are non-refundable.
1:1 sessions
Paid sessions are not digital downloads. They may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice is forfeited.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute — most issues are resolved the same day. Filing a chargeback on a delivered digital product may result in access being revoked.
