The short version
We collect the minimum needed to deliver what you asked for, every transaction travels over secure SSL encryption, payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers, and your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name and email when you download the free ebook, join the newsletter, book a session, or make a purchase.
- Order details — what you purchased, the amount, the currency, and a Stripe reference, so your downloads stay available in My Purchases.
- Content you submit — reflections you post in the Circle, booking notes, and assessment answers.
- Basic technical data — standard server and analytics information used to keep the site working.
What we never collect
We do not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. Checkout is handled inside Stripe's own secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified environment. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and a customer reference.
How your data is protected
All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit with SSL/TLS. Purchase, membership, and account records are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, so your records are readable only by you and by Chantelle. Payment processing is performed exclusively by Stripe under their own security and compliance program.
How we use it
- To deliver the product, session, or download you paid for
- To send transactional email — receipts, download links, and scheduling links
- To send occasional teaching and launch emails, if you opted in
- To keep the site secure and functional
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers required to run the site — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, scheduling, and hosting — and only to the extent needed to perform that function. We may disclose information where legally required.
Confidentiality of sessions
What you share in a 1:1 consulting hypnotism session is held in confidence and is not published, shared, or used in marketing without your explicit written permission.
Email and unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails — receipts and delivery links — are always sent, because they are part of the product you purchased.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart or referral source, and secure checkout. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time. Records tied to completed transactions may be retained where required for tax and accounting purposes.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
